By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Memberships & Payments
Membership plans renew monthly unless cancelled prior to the billing date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Not a Medical Emergency Service
Our services support wellness and therapy but are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Noura is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our programs, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
